Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We understand emergencies can occur and things happen. Keep us informed when they do. All Customers MUST COMPLY with this. All sales are final and non-refundable due to 15% refund fees. Contact us via email or text within 24 hours if unsatisfied. Payments processed by PayPal, Square, Stripe, and other third-party providers. You're responsible for processing fees and local taxes/service fees. Changing your mind results in a store credit for future orders. Store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue. We promise efficient service and excellent customer care. All scheduled services which are disrupted by bad weather or unknown event(s) will be rescheduled.
